The Light Bar, Reinvented. Linkable. Adjustable. Unstoppable.
Traditional light bars are a compromise: if you break a lens, you replace the whole bar, and you are stuck with whatever beam pattern came in the box. The Stage Series CrossLink system changes everything by combining the output of Diode Dynamics' highest-performing rally pods with the rigidity of a traditional light bar.
This 3-Pod configuration links three massive SS5 (5-inch) LED pods together using CNC-machined aluminum CrossLink blocks. The result is an 18.5-inch bar that fits perfectly in 20-inch mounting spaces but delivers significantly more light focus and intensity than standard bars thanks to the large TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics.
Why CrossLink is the Future of Lighting:
-
Modular Strength: Unlike other "linkable" systems that feel flimsy, the CrossLink blocks are precision-machined to be rock solid. You get the rigidity of a single-piece housing with the ability to curve the bar or swap out individual pods if one gets damaged.
-
Unmatched Optics: Standard light bars lose light to glare. These pods use large custom-engineered TIR optics that capture 100% of the LED's output and project it exactly where you need it—downrange.
-
8-Color Selectable Backlight: Every SS5 pod comes standard with a selectable backlight. With a simple power toggle, you can cycle between White, Amber, Red, Blue, Green, Cyan, Purple, or Magenta to match your rig's accent lighting.
-
Fully Configurable: Because it is built from individual pods, you can mix and match beam patterns (e.g., Driving optics on the outside, Spot optics in the center) and even swap lenses yourself in minutes.
